[/img]This is a bootleg,'the paris tapes'.As Jimbo wabling with 2 buskers on it and the they attempt Orange County,it also as jim reciting poetry which I guess was done in LA 69. The picture interests me,any ideas of anyone, was it in Paris or where.Never seen it before.

does the december 1970 session exist on cd that one could possibly get ones hands on? It exists but has never been released on CD even as a bootleg......the Courson clan have it I believe and God knows if we will hear it.....

Why do they not want to release it? What reason do they have not to let others hear it, what good will it be for anyone if it is locked up somewhere in a safe and never will reach people?

newdoorstalk.proboards43.com/index.cgi?board=poet&action=display&thread=1107718446This is a selection of the poetry he was working on in Paris...he was also working on a screenplay and possibly a book about the Miami Trial......it may also be possible he was writing a few songs. Its impossible to imagine Jim Morrison NOT writing anywhere as that was his life...reading and writing.....the guy was an artist first foremost and last......

while in paris, iain and i checked out the now closed entrance of the rock n roll circus, the alcazar(still open and looks rather swanky ,11 euros for a drink when i looked at the price list outside!!), got a pic of l'hotel and a bar called le mazet where jim was meant to have drank on july 1st and also cafe la phere where jim and alain ronay were meant to have been on july 2nd.
Have pics of these and my paris pics will be up soon.

It would be cool if Jim was working on that stuff, but if he was sitting at a desk & writing "god help me" over & over again (as has been reproted) I think he was just to far gone into drink & despondancy & he was acting out to try & break through the block.

i had a bit of an argument with someone saying that jim was washed in paris and did nothing. i explained as alex said, that he was probably working on quite a bit, including poetry and a journal. jim looked pretty happy in those photos with him and Pam...in that state of happiness (from finally escaping from the states) surely he would be writing stuff and planning new things.
I forgot about that rumour of him typing god help me etc over again, and if that happened...its very sad....even sadder than it already is.
