i think in the future ppl make music by using electric equipment only (or something like that)

i think in the future ppl make music by using electric equipment only (or something like that) jdm (the prophet) on the pbs video this always intersted me...does it actually mean jim was a prophet...or was it common knowledge at the time that this could of happened in the future? that people would be creatig purely electronic music and mixing etc?

i think it was reality for them coz they used a lot of samples on their records as well, so it's a small step to create music with only samples(john's drums was played backwards at unhappy girl) .so if they could do that with live music how great is the chance your producer will make remixes out of all your songs?though the doors made an original new style from other (most classical and jazz) pieces or chords from allready existing music
musicians are thiefs who steal from other thiefs (nowadays, every piece of music sounds like something wich is allready done before,or a combination of styles)
