I have just posted the following on facebook, hope you don't mind if i stick it here aswell.
So what exactly is Ray spending his money on? certainly not jim's Grave, and certainly not his wardrobe. He wore the same T-shirt at 10am @ jim's grave as he did at 10pm @ the bataclan. He was also wearing that very same t-shirt @ Barney's Beanery for JDM's 65th birthday celebrations. The Guy is a skin flint, and must surely stink more than i previously thought!!!

I don't mind the odd item but obviously don't want this crap drag act on here too much As you say Ray does not like spending money. Darkstar saw the video where he was handed some flowers to put on Jim's grave by a fan. The greedy bastards could not even be bothered to bring anything. I have not watched any of these videos and never ever will as these wankers do not interest me. They were a very worthy 50% of my fave band but are now just two greedy tosspots on the make. Jim's family saw what these people are and tried to get Ray and Robby prevented from doing something like this. Ray is not liked by the Courson, Morrison or Sugerman families. That should tell fans something. Jim once tried to strangle the life out of Ray and was saved by John and Robby. Jim saw what he was in 1968 and after that did not travel with the band unless he absolutely had to. Doors fans sadly see these people through rose tinted eyes. Before 2002 I did myself. Then I opened my eyes and discovered what a fool I had been for 30 years. Ray and Robby did not come there to pay tribute to Jim Morrison but simply to check that nobody was messing with their safety deposit box. Any Doors fan that actually believes that they were there for Jim really does need to do some serious reading on the subject. We have a ton of stuff here on the subject and what we have discovered casts a very different light on Jim and The Doors.

Don't worry, i don't intend on flooding your site with clips of Ray. My initial post had no clips, but i thought it necessary to add them to back up what i was saying. I have been reading your site near non stop since i got back from Paris, and it was whilst playing the BB clip on one of your other threads that the mrs noticed the T-shirt (so i won't take credit for the spot) anyway.....back to my research

I have no problem with people posting stuff about Ray mate simply this particular incarnation is not welcome here. Ray with Rogers, McClure, Read, Nite City, solo and even his crap film and book are fine with me but this bunch (D21C/Manzarek/Krieger band whatever stupid name they have this week) will never be welcome with me. We have a lot of great stuff on both Ray and Robby here and it's good to hear you are getting into the site as it's a very interesting forum. Me and Darkstar have put a lot into the place over the years and it's well worth reading. Just wish a few more would get into the discussion side as there is STILL plenty about this band to discuss. Good and bad! That's the whole package with The Doors. Not just the music but everything that went on around the music. A hell of a lot of History in the last 40 years to go with the History of the band from 65 to 73. It is an incredible journey and worth sticking with. Of course it does bring up a lot of unpalatable answers to questions that Doors fans seem afraid to ask but thats part and parcel with being a Doors fan.
