As we look forward to the anniversary of Jim's death in July here is the famous Jim at Pere Lachaise in nifty leather trousers photo that a rather odd person has been touting for the last couple of years.... Feel free to share your opinions of either proof of the paranormal or just some idiot with too much time and Photoshop? As featured on Living TVs Dead Famous series this individual claims that Morrisons ghost appeared in a photograph taken by singer Tom Petty at Pere lachaise Paris' biggest and most famous cemetery. THE GHOST OF JIM MORRISON APPEARS IN THIS GRAVESIDE PHOTO! I am not a person who is easily scared by anything. I've kicked more ass than a cowboy and have taken more names than a Census clerk. However, what I uncovered tonight has made me rethink my theory about "the monster in the closet." I didn't believe in ghosts or other "super-natural' things before tonight. While compiling my photo archives for some upcoming projects, my assistant produced a photo of me at Jim Morrison's gravesite in France that was taken several years ago. I looked at this photo before, but I never noticed what I noticed tonight. In short, I am now very confused and possibly scared... This is the original photo (below) that Tom Petty took of me at Jim Morrion's gravesite in Paris, France. Below you can see a "zoom" photo of the same image. Do you see what I see? THESE PHOTOS ARE "UNTOUCHED" AND APPEAR IN THEIR ORIGINAL FORMAT! www.rockandrollbadboy.com/morrison.htmlCheck out the clip from the TV show... www.rockandrollbadboy.com/TV/brettmeisner_56k.wmv

Review from TheDoors4Scorpywag of Living TV's 'Dead Famous' Jim Morrison Program July 2004.
Without doubt one of the silliest ideas on TV where two idiots Gail Porter (psychic, panicky woman and stater of the bleeding obvious) and Chris Fleming (over-actor, speaker in whispers and a man with a very odd bottom lip) wander round America finding tenuous links with locations and famous people. This Morrison one starts off brightly with a chat with Doors photographer Henry Diltz who recounts the Morrison Hotel photo session and gives us a little insight into the Jim personality……'Jim was an observer…very quiet and very attentive….little smile and nod of the head' Then we enter Twilight Zone territory with a conversation with Brett Meisner and his famous 'shot' of Jim's ghost at Pere Lachaise. 'I'm not scared about anything….this photo made me think twice' confides Brett to Chris who was very impressed by it all!
Though why Jim would want to appear yards away from his grave as the Jim Morrison he hated most (pretty boy w/ leather pants) is anybody's guess! Moving on the Norton Avenue we meet former Madam Cheri Woods who now owns the building (and recently very worthily had it listed as an Historical Landmark) and wander around chatting to the neighbours….. 'Did Jim leave his mark anywhere on the building' asks Gail prompting Cheri to proudly display the black skid marks made by the often drunk Morrison's car along the whitewashed wall of the house…odd that in 30 years nobody bothered to give the outside wall a coat of paint? Meanwhile Chris wanders round chatting to the tenant of Pam's flat who often saw a dark figure out of the corner of his eye leading Chris to announce that we were going to have a séance to try to communicate with Jim's spirit. Consequently we have an hilarious séance with selected LA loonies including medium Michael Currie, Cheri, Barry Taff a parapsychologist who claimed to be a casual acquaintance of Jim and a couple of Doors fans. Chris explaining that the séance could become rather terrifying 'it could get extreme…candles could start flickering, people could feel cold spots someone might touch you!'….I was frozen with fear as between these idiots channelling their psychic energy they were able to make the candle on the table glow a miniscule amount brighter than it had been before. 'The candles going really crazy' one of them intones but unless you were there it's impossible to tell……then the table started to vibrate…..or at least that's what they said it did…. 'I'm feeling like a dog or a cat under the table' whispers the medium as our heroes try to channel Jim (who was probably at a 21st century dork gig at the time inside ian astbury) who unable to pop in sent his mutt Sage instead….Sage at one stage making ghostly barking noises on the street outside….spooky!! Then to pan out the programme a bit we (for no discernable reason at all other than Jim MAY once have walked past the place ...as he once lived nearby with Mum & The Admiral….and after discovering he had an interest in witchcraft and all manner of psychic mumbo jumbo according to his mate Barry and that other famous head-case R$ay) visit the Whaley House in San Diego… the most Haunted House on the West Coast… Here our two heroes run around screaming as they are attacked by the spirits of the Whaley family (or was it Jim or maybe even Sage again)… 'Oh My God' being screamed and uttered at dark dramatic intervals as the woman presenter sees dark shadows behind the cameraman or demonic figures glimpsed for a second at the top of the stairs…... if these morons had just turned the fucking lights on they probably would not have scared the shit out of themselves…..…..Our psychic hero at one point being horrifically assaulted on camera by the invisible spirit of one of the kids…either that or he just deliberately jumped back and claimed he was assaulted… This less than terrifying attack results in the panicky woman refusing to go back in the house whilst our hero psychic bravely returns to boost the energy of the dead family and make them manifest for the camera…..of course sod all happens except on the way out the director of the programme gets 'attacked' on the stairs by one of the dead residents…..cue more 'Oh My Gods' and lots of terrified whispering.
These people seemed to be very impressed by slight drafts, chandeliers moving miniscule amounts, candles flickering and shadowy images reflected by the fact all the lights were off…….
Perhaps not conclusive proof that the spirits walk the Earth but surely conclusive proof that idiots will believe any old baloney if its on TV….. After this less than pointless exercise in stupidity and four days swanning round L.A. looking for Jim's ghost the crew move on to Alta Ceinaga Hotel and Room 32 where they should have probably come first as if anywhere in LA is gonna have a remnant of Jim's energy it surely would be here. After marvelling at the graffiti covered walls, 'Jims soul is here a corpse lies in Paris' proclaiming one of the authors, and the 'energy' of the room our heroes begin their psychic sleuthing. 'I've got a weird, weird feeling more over towards this wall' murmurs Chris before astounding us with….'OK he fell into the wall here' …….bloody amazing who would have thought Jim would have once fallen against the wall of his tiny hotel room……all my scepticism just floated away at this revelation….. 'Yeah his spirits here!'...Chris whispers….. They then rope in some loony woman, Carla Baron, who is in her words a 'direct intuitive' (?) with a pack of Tarot cards who after stating the obvious (as if she did not know anything about the guy) then proceeds to have a very interesting conversation with Jim. 'He says he's here but he's hiding!' Carla suddenly announces….. Morrison who seems to be a social worker in the afterlife tries at one stage to get to the nub of the pain the psychic and the sceptic have blocked out from some past trauma…..and seems quite happy to have a conversation with this mad woman.. Gail eventually asks the all important question…'and do you know how he died?' which elicits the odd statement from Carla that she 'thought he died of exhaustion' but seconds before she was actually talking to Jim so why did she not just ask him how he died…. This revelation leads us to ask maybe Jim did not actually know how he died …..either that or Tarot woman was just making this shit up! 'He's at the candle right now' says Carla before asking the presenters questions from Jim who now seems to be happy to chat with Carla again. Its easy to be sceptical and watching these three idiots sit in Room 32 & talk utter shite it was made even easier….at least Jim did not attack Chris. 'Tee Hee' says Carla 'Jim just said something I can't say'…..cue smiles and hugs and thanks to Jim for letting these idiots chat to him and end credits. It was a wonderful look at the graffiti and photo strewn room 32 adorned with poetry and messages to Jim…but the insight into his character given by the three mental cases invading his privacy was about as useful as syphilis! The music during this show was a super-market version of The Doors greatest hits….the sort of garbage Ray plays at his book signings….to give it a Doors feel but ultimately its just another one of TVs paranormal extravaganzas where sod all ever happens….Cool that Jim was chosen for the series and fun without a doubt but also extremely bloody silly! 'Oh My God!' …. Alex Patton from Stockton-on-Tees…….

Music legend Jim Morrison is back. And he’s got a lot to say about how he actually died in 1971, what he wants to be remembered for and what he thinks about today’s music.
“First things first, I really did cross over,” he said. “The myth that I am still on Earth in a human body is absurd but has given me a few good laughs.”
The fact that Morrison can communicate these thoughts at all is thanks to psychic phenomena called channeling. It is a commonly held belief that anyone can get messages from the other side but it’s like tuning a radio onto a fuzzy signal. You need a good receptor. Channelers or mediums are people here on Earth who can make contact with those who have died, or crossed over and still talk to them. It’s a concept that’s become much more mainstream with hit shows like “Medium” and “Ghost Whisperer” and famed psychics like John Edwards and James Van Pragh. Morrison said he has now turned to just one channel, a lesser-known medium named Jacqueline Murray to convey his message to the public. He wants to set the record straight about his legacy.
“There are many who "claim" to have channeled me and some who believe they are. Very few actually have and on the linear time scale, no one will receive my words other than the channel you are speaking to (Ms. Murray). They are too important for me to dilute them. These are the pure messages.”
“I need to set the record straight. My life was a model and a sacrifice for others as it was supposed to be. I was supposed to indulge in earthly pleasures but I struggled with that while I was there because I knew there was more. I was taken advantage of and since my so-called death I still continue to be exploited.”
“There were many messages in my music.” “Despite how cliché this sounds, my music was to open the doors and have people look beyond the superficial walls created around them,” he said. “I was heavily into great literature, poetry and philosophy and I took concepts from much of it and put my own stamp on it. I encourage others to gain inspiration by reading more, especially great literature, poetry and philosophy. It's timeless. It has survived and will survive.”
“I was not a bad person. I was not a lunatic. People worshipped me as an icon but I had a message. I was there to inspire. My work has remained unfinished. I have so much more to do and I did not have to check out when I did.”
“Interestingly enough I wasn’t sure where my lyrics came from and they actually came from past lives and things I had already experienced on the other side but I didn’t know that at the time. They just came out of the universe. I let them come out of the subconscious mind and the lyrics came very naturally especially at first.”
The move to Paris Morrison’s death on July 3, 1971 in Paris, France came after a turbulent time in the rock star’s life. “For me, Paris was supposed to be a sanctuary where I could get in tune with my writing. I intended to write a screenplay, a novel, poetry and music. After my trial in Miami, I was a different person. I needed to get out of LA. I was disillusioned in life. I did not want to be a rock star. I stopped wanting to be a rock star two years before I went to Paris.”
“I wanted to quit drinking in Paris and at times I did. Sobriety was off and on. However Paris did not turn out as I had planned. I had a creative burst of energy the first time I went there, I found the city exuberating. The time before my crossing was different as I began to look at my life and I began to see the truth of it. I was with a woman in Paris (Pamela Courson) who had been my on and off girlfriend and I realized the relationship was toxic and that she had chosen death over life by choosing heroin over her own life as well as a life with me.”
“I was having a problem. I felt very lonely, confused and the depression came over me like a sea of darkness. I was sick. I had seen two doctors in sixty days. I should not have mixed alcohol with medication. I was a dumb f*** up many times but I knew that it was going to be my time. I felt tortured and isolated and on the brink of insanity at times.”
A slow death Morrison laughed at what he believes to be the biggest misconception of his death. “At the time I crossed over, I didn’t die in a bathtub. That has to be one of the funniest stories. I had been sick. I was coughing up blood for the last sixty days and even though it was warm outside, I was cold. I even built a fire because I was freezing. I knocked on Pamela’s (Courson) door and had no answer. I was coughing up blood and a blood clot traveled up into my lung. The clot traveled from my lungs to my brain. My head hurt very badly. I crossed over alone. My death was not easy. On a scale from 1-10 it was a 7. It was 5 hours of suffering. No one was with me. I died alone.”
“I was not on the other side right away. It was dark and I called out and no one answered. And then I saw them lift me into the bathtub and no I didn’t want to go back. I didn’t want to go back to that body. I didn’t want to go back.”
Crossing over Morrison, who was known to be a very adventurous man in life, said he definitely did not have a death wish. “I began to travel into a tunnel and I began to experience a feeling of freedom like I had never felt. My whole goal during my life was to find freedom and to find myself but now I had found freedom. I had always wondered what was on the other side. I realized, ‘This is a tunnel’. I thought, ‘You did it Jim. You did it. You really did it this time.’’” “Then, a guide met me but I knew that I had crossed. I knew I had crossed. I knew. I was taken to meet others that had been in my soul group before I came back to Earth. Shortly thereafter I had my life review, of only my last life. “
“I had many, many regrets. And then I was able to see what my life would have been had I not checked out so early because if I had made the right choices, I would have achieved my goal to be a writer and be acknowledged and accepted by other talented writers. It would have all come to fruition and my best work would have been done.”
“I was already mellowing out before I crossed over but I would have been able to take a very spiritual and different path in life. It was sort of like either I crossed over or I went on a spiritual path on the Earth. It was going to happen one way or the other. It was going to happen here or there.”
Renowned Psychics Speak Out Leading psychics agree that is a common phenomena for spirits to want to continue their learning on the other side. Psychic Laura Moore (http://www.mediumlauramoore.com/), whom many consider to be the psychic’s psychic said: “He is saying that he could and would have completed more lessons here because he was at a place of more peace, of being able to just be him instead of pleasing all the fans and others.” Psychic Christopher Reburn (http://www.thepsychicspirit.com/), who is one of the premier psychics in the nation said, “Generally, if a Spirit has something they desperately want to get across, they will find someone as their Messenger.” Though Morrison’s channel considers herself to be a private citizen, numerous renowned psychics have backed up the veracity of Morrison’s message. Reburn added, “The channeling interview between Jacquie Murray and Jim Morrison was brilliant and extremely accurate. Ms. Murray continues to mature as one of the finest channeler's of our time. I have watched her come full circle with her channeling abilities and I'm convinced that she's one of a kind - something rare and very genuine. Ms Murray should be treasured and treated with great respect and admiration for her work. She is a natural resource of our generation.”
Morrison said he chose Murray for very specific reasons. “Our souls recognized each other as true and pure in our intentions for each other. That is why I chose this channel and this has not been an easy road, as she would prefer to channel Joe the Plumber or Bob the Electrician. It is destiny.”
“She was skeptical and had to be convinced over and over again. She does not do this for a living and wants nothing more than to get my messages out. You won't find her doing psychic readings because this is not her bag. She is the only one I fully trust with my work now.”
Those who knew Morrison may recognize that his messages still carry much of the personality of the artist. Nationally renowned radio psychic Francine Milano (http://www.francinemilano.com/), who has a private practice at the Metaphysical Center of Gettysburg said, “One of the first messages I got was that he (Jim) was a sensitive writer who felt a great injustice had been done, and he seemed to be a man on a mission. I have watched Jacquie develop into a very gifted medium and she was blessed with the rare opportunity of having received her lessons directly from the other side. She is authentic, and Jim has chosen her as his channel for messaging. He has personally made that clear to me, and I whole-heartedly believe her to be the genuine article.”
Psychic Linda Merkel whose clients include many in the music industry said his messages are needed for his time. “One of the points he expresses is one of my tenets in life, and that is that you need not die to enter the kingdom of paradise because the kingdom of paradise is before you. It is here on Earth. Man just needs to recognize it. That is part of life's lessons while here on Earth.Jacquie has indeed cued in and embraced the spiritual messages of Jim Morrison.”
Merkel added: “This channeled interview expresses to the public something vitally important about the entity that goes to spirit. In spirit they are still the embodiment of the same person that they were here with the same characteristics and opinions; however from spirit Jim (like other spirits) has become enlightened to the bigger picture of mankind.” Morrison’s message for his band mates from “The Doors” Although it’s been thirty-five years since his death, Morrison shared his opinions about how life here has continued without him. In 2002, Morrison’s former bandmates Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger reunited and created a new version of The Doors, called "The Doors of the 21st Century". In the place of Morrison, the new lineup was fronted by British vocalist Ian Astbury. “I cannot condemn my former band mates but my concept of "The Doors" was the four of us, and without one of those members, how then can you call it "The Doors?" It was the fusion of their musicianship and my singing and our lyrics together that created what is known as "The Doors." I am grateful they have brought it to new generations and that it has survived the test of time, linear time that is, but they are all such talented musicians and while they have created new music, they should have left the Doors where they are historically and created new chapters for themselves.”
Morrison recognized that these messages might not be appreciated or even believed. He said he has other personal messages for his band mates. He offered a challenge to Manzarek and Krieger to go to any psychic or medium of their choice and he will bring forth those messages through his medium, Murray.
The former band members also served as advisors for Oliver Stone’s movie “The Doors”. Morrison was very vocal about the movie’s disservice to his memory. “That was not the real me. I don’t blame Val Kilmer. I blame Oliver Stone and those involved with the film. Oliver Stone made a movie about who he thought I was. I think he was doing more drugs back then than I was. His ideas of me could not have been more wrong. I did not spend weeks and months tripping out in the desert. Maybe I would have been better off if I did. I also have to say that there was a much more spiritual side to me that many who knew me saw. This was not presented in the film, which was unfortunate. I don’t know why someone would want to make a film about me. There are better subjects. But if they did it, well it should have been more truthful because many are still on Earth that knew me. I am quite amazed at the other members of The Doors that the film did not depict me. I am perplexed that this film was legally allowed to be made. It was like a bad drug trip, completely lame and forgettable.”
Message to his Fans As the anniversary of this death approaches, he has several messages for his fans. “I was just a man. I was a stupid immature f*** up a great deal of the time. I appreciate the fact that the music and the poetry live on and people still listen. People still read it. Let it inspire you to create your own music, your own poetry, and your own art. Use my work not my life. Do not worship me. Look for a higher power. Worship the artist within. You do not have to go to my gravesite in Paris. It’s a landmark but keep in mind that I’m not there. I’m everywhere. I’m throughout the Universe and I appreciate being remembered but I need to be remembered for my words rather than anything else. I knew there was more behind the walls and you would be amazed at the thin veil between this side and you.”
Morrison wanted people to focus on the substantive part of his life, not the scandal. How does he want people to remember him? “By my words. But I also say that people should not jump to tabloid conclusions. I was very sensitive and very shy but I overcame that to get my words out and it is a message to others to do the same. Speak your truth and let no one tell you not to.”
“I spent a great deal of my time in solitude. I loved solitude. I was not a bad person. I never meant to hurt anyone. I never meant to hurt anyone. I was my own worst enemy.”
“I was not the egotist. That label has been thrown on me over and over again. If anything I was shy. If anything I had to put on a show to get people to like me. If anything I never felt I was good enough. I had a lot of pain and there didn’t seem to be many around me who truly cared about that. They only cared about meeting a rock star.”
Morrison on Music Morrison said he felt that currently money has ruined music. He said he not only listens to contemporary music, he’s even inspired a few musicians on his own though he declined to name names. But what does the 60’s impresario think about this generation’s favorite genre, hip-hip and rap? “It’s not that these artists cannot write more inspiring music. It is simply that they were in it for the wrong reasons. They are in it for the commercialization. They care more about their image than what the music says.”
And what about other famous rock legends that have crossed over? Is heaven anything like the stained glass windows of the Hard Rock Café where rock legends hang out and groove together? “It doesn’t mean that we’re always around each other or together. It is determined that my channel can help others and that they wish to channel to her so they have been around me much more. I actually helped Kurt Cobain cross over and he had a difficult crossing. We have become quite close here. I felt he was a musical genius and had some things he was actually born with as far as chemical imbalance and I will make it very clear in my writings about the other side, specifically about how it affects your life when you come in with these physical impairments.”
“I have also been around Michael Hutchence (lead singer of INXS) Despite what many say we couldn’t be more different. We are not alike. However we have actually composed some music together which I think some people will find quite interesting. Our lives interestingly enough have some things in common.”
Lessons Learned The cartoon version of heaven has people playing harps but apparently that can’t be so because there’s definitely a lot of learning taking place. Morrison talked about what he’s learned so far.
On relationships: “(Had I lived) they would have evolved to a new maturity level. Time would have changed my perception. My view now is that personal relationships are more important than anything else and if I had to do it over again, of course I would have searched for more purity and truth in personal relationships. I would have searched for someone who would have understood me and someone I could have understood.”
On life and living: “People need to question whether they are not being programmed because they are being programmed every minute of every day by the media, by the culture and by themselves.”
On spirituality: “Men, in particular, have a difficult time getting in touch with their spiritual selves.”
On fate: “No one is on Earth as an accident. There are no coincidences but the two topics people need to explore presently in their lives are: Fate and Destiny. Fate and destiny. Fate and destiny. They will each get their own personal meaning from that but anything of any consequence stems from one of the two.”
On expanding the consciousness: “Do not be afraid of who you are. Do not be afraid that you don’t follow what is considered to be the ‘norm’. Do not be afraid. How I tried to conquer fear…for example I would do things and I would get as close to death as I could so I could conquer the fear of it. Don’t be afraid of death. There is nothing to fear because you can't and don't feel the love on earth that one feels here. There are no limits, you create the limits, free your mind of the black and white you have been taught, teach yourself.”
He wants people to remind people that life is not meant to be drudgery. “There is more beauty on the Earth than anything they are seeing. There is absolute amazing beauty but people on earth feel trapped and constrained instead of allowing themselves to be free and open as children.”
“One of the reasons I am here, is not to stroke an ego I buried with my leather pants but to talk about what I am seeing from this side and how right now, those of you on earth do not consider yourselves an extension of the planet but you are. You are part of the ground you walk on and if you truly considered it sacred, things would look vastly different, wouldn't they?”
Continuing to Create The mercurial Morrison said he has continued to create on the other side. “You can create music here that is so beautiful. Nothing on Earth can possibly compare to it. I have been writing music, poems, everything you can imagine. I have the opportunity to communicate with some on Earth but I have also found that I still can’t trust people, which was a hard part of my last life. I feel like I have found one person and I have so much ready to give her. It’s not all about me. It’s about humanity and its' messages that will come to be very significant to many people. So I ask that people listen with an open mind and an open heart. This is not coming from Jim Morrison, the degenerate, drunken rock star screaming on stage about things few understood, this is coming now from just Jim, I have spiritually evolved and will continue to. I am not an addict my addictions are long gone. This is coming from the purest place now.”
Here is his latest poem:
Soft waves crashed over me, I couldn't see the shore, Where is my beacon of light, where is my siren to guide me home? I awoke on the sand, and found the beacon of light flooding out of me And the siren..........was my voice. See my light; hear my voice, when the waves crash over you.
Jim Morrison in an interview with Psychic Jacquie Murray July 03rd 2006

A conversation with Mr Mojo from beyond the grave...
Psychic Carmen Rogers has a unique insight on the views of James Douglas Morrison as she was able to chat with him in a London Hotel during the summer of 1991 about life, love and such mundane matters as Oliver Stone’s Doors masterpiece for Select Magazine. Claiming never to have heard of the deceased singer and with one hand holding a fag and the other a picture of The Lizard King just before he died the conversation went something like this…….
Fans believe the new headstone to be six feet away from where he is actually buried. (Select) “It’s certainly not where it was. The physical body has been shifted. They’ve not dug him up but the headstone is in the wrong place.” (Carmen) So keeping vigil at the grave is pointless? “He’s not there! There were only a few there when he was buried. He seems a bit miffed at that. It seemed to have been done hurriedly.
He died in the dark. He’d been to a party and there was a row so he’d gone home in a very depressed state because he was dropping out of the scene ...his voice going or business troubles within the band. He’d a store of drugs available he had also been drinking. I wouldn’t call it a designer drug but it was something readily available at the time. He had taken both. ” Does he have any reservations about drug taking rock stars? “I immediately sense him saying ‘It’s a mugs game’. He was suffering from bad headaches at the time possibly the start of a brain tumour. I sense he wasn’t a usual drug taker so people were surprised he died like that. You wouldn’t see him bombed out of his head when working! I feel he took the drugs on the quiet to get rid of the pain and get some sleep. He went too far”. Is he a worthy target for youth worship then? “No! They get the wrong idea about what is worthwhile. He didn’t expect to be offering anything of note to young people today. He had some worthy lyrics but as a person he’d come to realise he had feet of clay.”
Has he a view on the movie? “He’s not sure about the film. He feels it’s not showing him warts and all. They may have omitted something relating to his marriage. It’s not portrayed as it was. He had been contemplating a second marriage which was not brought out in the film. The film romanticised him and he really was not an easy person to get on with.”
Has he guided Oliver Stone in the making of the movie? “He’s been interested. Oliver Stone has been very sensitive toward him. He was such a megalomaniac it seems strange he would want a ‘warts and all’ kind of movie! “He should be shown as he was otherwise he feels you won’t see how great he was. He felt the music was great, you can’t create that if you're just a romantic.” One things many fans would like to know would have to be is he happy? “He’s got a lot of things to work out. He wants to try to help those people whom he hurt, to even things up to the best of his ability. He hurt members of the band on occasion physically. He regrets the influence he had on those around him, that he hurt them because they couldn’t give him all he wanted. He could have treated them better.”
What is his view of the current music scene? “He’s interested in the bit between rock and heavy metal where rock is coming up with a difference the combination of rock and dance.”
Does he like The Stone Roses? “ He likes the experimentation going on there.” Is it frustrating where he is? “ It can be, particularly when he’s trying to get his ideas through. Someone was helping him with his lyrics and his poetry. He’s trying to inspire someone now it may be there’s someone reminiscent of his particular style. If this does show up (Bono the jigs up!! ED.) you’ll know he’s influencing this person in a particular way. How did he feel about being the soundtrack to events such as Vietnam which culminated in ‘The End’ being used for the Coppola film ‘Apocalypse Now’. “He admits now that he was jumping onto the bandwagon a little. As part of the 60’s generation it was the ‘thing to do’ at the time.” Many Doors fans would love to know whether he hangs out with other dead rock stars? “He and Elvis do link up from time to time.. One can make music in the next sphere with energy. When you’re playing a guitar it’s the vibration of the acoustics that make the sound and the same applies there. They're experimenting with sound and light. Jim only seemed a disturbed personality because that was the nature of the business then. If you didn’t appear to be a nutter you didn’t get anywhere (which explains nicely why Ken Dodd did so well in the 60’s ED) a lot of it was hype. He may have appeared to be a megalomaniac but he was just the one who said what he was going to do and to hell with anyone else.”
What does Jim look like there? “Once you lose your physical body you still have your mind and things become a lot clearer when not bogged down by physical problems. You exist in the etheric body which has the same shape as in life. You’ll probably look younger. He is looking how he remembers himself best. The Mazat pub in Paris has 'Jim Morrison was last seen alive in this bar' on thier bar receipts and Polly Magoo's pub claims Jim was a frequent visitor to the pub and his ghost is thought to haunt the building .......even though the pub he went to back in 71 was 20 yards further down from the bar there today which was relocated years ago up the street from the old location.
Jim Morrison: Haunting Los Angeles Bathroom?
Jim Morrison, charismatic and controversial lead singer of The Doors, died on July 3, 1971 in his Paris apartment at age 27.
Jim Morrison's spirit lives on in the people he had influenced, either through music or image, such as Iggy Pop, Scott Weiland, and even Scott Stapp of Creed. Beyond that, though, the owner of 'Mexico', a Los Angeles restaurant, claims that Jim Morrison's ghost is haunting the establishment's bathroom
'Jim Morrison is In My Bathroom'
Chef and Doors fan Jerry Nicola opened Mexico last year in a space once used by the band for recording and partying. Nicola says that the building is possessed by Jim Morrison's spirit, and it's not leaving. Furthermore, he's cool with that, saying, "It's Jim's place, too".
The bathroom seems to be especially active, as it used to be the recording booth where Morrison laid down the vocal track for "L.A. Woman".
You see, the building Mexico occupies was formerly "The Doors Workshop," an office space/crash pad/recording studio used by the band in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
And the restroom? It was the actual vocal booth where Jim Morrison recorded the classic "L.A. Woman" in 1970.
Jim Morrison is buried at Pere Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, and his grave remains the focal point of rock 'n' roll pilgrimages from around the world, often by fans who were born after Morrison had died. The grave is a simple flat stone, engraved with the Greek inscription " ÊÁÔÁ ÔÏÍ ÄÁÉÌÏÍÁ ÅÁÕÔÏÕ", to mean "true to his own spirit". The grave itself, as well as surrounding graves, is often vandalized and laden with tributes, to the extent that Pere Lachaise had threatened to "evict" Morrison.
Is Jim Morrison's ghost haunting this Mexican restaurant?
By Rev. Sinthyia Darkness
July 3rd 2010, marked the 39th anniversary of Jim Morrison's death. Now that we have determined that Jim Morrison is not haunting his Paris grave (at least not in the famous ghost photograph), another sighting of the long dead Doors frontman has been reported. The Mexico Restaurant located at 8512 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, has been open for business for about a year. From the 1960s up until Morrison's death in a Paris bathtub, this vibrantly painted pink and red building was known as "The Doors Workshop." The band had their office here, they slept here and recorded here.
What is now the restaurant bathroom, was the sound booth where Jim Morrison recorded "L.A Woman." Designating this famous area is a framed display featuring the album cover, a gold record and the hand written lyrics of the 1970 classic rock tune.
The spirit of Jim Morrison can be felt here but is said to be much more than just the memorabilia that adorns the restaurant walls. According to the owner and staff, unexplainable things happen here, such as the lights turning on and off or the sound of the bathroom door handle turning. Larry Nicola owner of the restaurant admits he is a huge fan of the Doors, claims to also sense the ghostly presence of Morrison.
His spirit is here for sure," Nicola said. "The building moans and breathes and makes sounds I can't explain. . .We had someone come in before we opened up, to do a 'spiritual cleaning' to try and put everything at peace, but in the end they told us, 'Sorry, whatever is here is not leaving.' . . .So we said, 'Cool. It's Jim's place, too. We're fine with that.' I hear it from guests all the time, especially the serious Doors fans. They know he's still here."
Nicola's daughter Michaela who works at the restaurant commented on what Morrison would think of the restaurant. "I think if he was still alive today in body, this would be the place that would serve Jim Morrison's favorite margaritas. But we have Jim Morrison in spirit, and so we just have to be happy with that."
True, but highly unlikely that the Lizard King would approve of his sound booth being used as the loo. Nonetheless, everybody knows that the ghost of the Lizard King means big business and major publicity just what every restaurant needs in this failing economy.

Jim Morrison...ghost haunting Alta Cienega Motel? Caught on HD Video by Julian Ayrs!
Jim Morrison may be haunting his old digs at the Alta Cienega Motel in West Hollywood.
Yesterday, after I shot some footage of the Motel from across the street, I zoomed in for an up-close image of the name of the cozy little establishment.
After my lens settled on the end position, I was about to fade to black. Suddenly, something very eerie occurred. An orange & yellow light sprang to life and not only illuminated the face of the Motel - but also - cast a warm glow in the center of my video!
Watch the video quite closely and see for yourselves. Was it a coinicidence that the light came on when it did? Or, was Morrison's ghost playing tricks with me?
I am a well-known psychic and I used to appear each week on a TV Show about the occult - Tomorrow's Fortune - on CKVU TV in Vancouver, B.C.
Was the Doors lead singer keen on the fact he might be able to use my "sensitivity" to acknowledge to die-hard fans that his spirit is alive and that he is haunting the Alta Cienega Motel? It was quite a mystical experience to me.
I would have added a link to the video but it is too stupid for words as the orange glow is in fact just the light that illuminates the hotel name coming on probably due to a timer set for when it becomes dusk.

the first picture is a trick of the light
your comments on the video are only inaccurate where you write
"probably due to a timer set for when it becomes dusk."
far more likely is that the light is connected to a light sensitive switch that illuminates when a certain value of photosensitivity is reached (like how street lamps work - not a timer which would require daily calibration of the variance in sunset times)
but yeah not paranormal, just normal !!!!!!!!
