One of the early Doors covers from the London Fog days and it's easy to imagine Jim and Ray sharing an energetic vocal duet.
Unfortunately as of yet no recorded version of this has been heard.

It was written by Preston Foster in 1956 and first recorded by Ann Cole, but the song was made popular by Muddy Waters in 1957. Muddy attempted to gain the copyright to the song after he modified the words slightly and as of today there are two seperate copyrights to the same song.
Ray was a big Muddy fan and had LP records of the blues singer which he played to Jim Morrison when they lived in the same house in Venice.
The Blues and in particular John Lee Hooker & Muddy Waters was a huge influence on The Doors.

Robby Krieger said that he favoured Elektra as they had the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and even a jazzer like John Densmore was a big blues fan.
It is not known how many Muddy Waters songs The Doors played in their early pre record contract days in 65/66 but his music continued to influence The Doors right up til their demise in 1973.
