There's a palace in the canyon where you & I were born
Now I'm a lonely Man Let me back into the Garden
Blue Shadows Of the Canyon I met you & now you're gone
& now my dream is gone Let me back into your Garden
A man searching for lost Paradise Can seem a fool to those who never sought the other world
Where friends do lie & drift Insanely in their own private gardens
There's a palace in the canyon I met you & now you're gone
& now my love is gone Let me back into your Garden
Blue Shadows Of the Canyon I met you & now you're gone
& now my dream is gone Let me back into your Garden

Obviously a work in progress. Played once that we know of at the State Fair Music Hall, Dallas, 12th November 1970, during the late show. Although it was likely played in New Orleans the next night. The lyric comes from the The Collected Works Of Jim Morrison.
Similar in style as Someday Soon and with some work may well have ended up on a Jim Morrison solo project. What it is about is anyone's guess. Laurel Canyon, 8021 Rothdell Trail the Palace? Another song about Pam?
