HSHost says "What kind of name is that?" RayManzarek says "Polish. South side of Chicago." guest645 asks "Are you going to be doin g any book signings or apppearances where I can meet you?" RayManzarek says "The book is called "Light My Fire" and I'm going to be in NY on Monday and Tuesday, Philly on Wednesday, Chicago on Thursday, and in LA ... Book Soup and also Barnes & Noble on the corner of the 3rd St. Promenade on Wilshire. And, Brentano's in Century City. The other cities I'll be at Tower and gee, I don't know where I"ll be in Chicago. Clark Street ... I think it's Dutton's gosh I don't know. The dates for LA ... a couple of different ones. The 12th, oh gosh .... I don't know. Hold on a second ... let me check." RayManzarek {action} goes to check his book signing dates." HSHost says "He's speaking June 30, at a seminar from 6:30-9:00pm." RayManzarek says "Barnes & Noble, Santa Monica on Tuesday, July 7th. Book Soup at 3pm on Saturday, the 11th. Brentano's, Century City, 7pm on the 15th. Sam Goody's, Universal City Walk on Sat. the 18th. And, the seminar is August 1st or 2nd at the Hyatt House on the Sunset Strip. Also, one in New York. Um ..." RayManzarek {action} sings" RayManzarek says "June 30th! At the Doubletree Guest Suites." HSHost says "Great!" RayManzarek says "The book signing in NY, um .... Tower Books, 383 LaFayette Street, 7pm Monday night ... Monday coming up! Everyone in NY, please come down! I love the people of NY, the best audience. I live in Los Angeles. Wednesday in Philly at Tower, 425 South Street. Chicago ... Clark Street, Tower Books, 6pm on Thursday, and Borders at 7pm in Chicago on 2817 N. Clark Street. That's the schedule! I'll be up in San Francisco, too. So, all of you good san francisco people ...." RayManzarek {action} checking schedules!" RayManzarek says "Very exciting in San Fran at Printer's Ink, 310 California, on Thurs. 9th at 8:00pm. 601 Van Ness on Friday, A Clean Well Lighted Place for Books. So, please, everyone come on out and let's meet and greet!" HSHost {action} chuckles" Joanee asks "How did the band get together for the first time?" RayManzarek says "Jim and I went to the UCLA film school together and we graduated from UCLA and he got his bachelor's, I my masters and we decided to put a rock n roll band together after graduation. He had been writing songs and he sang them on the beach and I thought they were fantastic. I could hear all the music behind it ... Moonlight Drive. I thought it'd be super. I met John and Robbie in yogic meditation ... we got into that a couple of years before the Beatles. I said to John, "We're forming a rock no roll band, my friend's a singer and we want to do jazz rock, poetry and rock." And, he pointed to Robby and said, "He's the best bottle neck player I've ever heard." We all got together in a week and the very first song we played was Moonlight Drive. This was in Santa Monica in a pink house behind a bus station. It was magic." HSHost says "Wow" bilbobaggins asks "My dad bought a building in Venice beach that used to be the Venice bordello at 73 Market St. when he bought it they told him it was where Jim lived were they telling the truth or just t rying to sell the property?" RayManzarek says "No, he was there! Jim Morrison was there!" johnnyquest asks "how did you come up with the name the doors?" RayManzarek says "Well, that was Jim ... he was the word man. And, Robby Kreiger wrote the entire song Light My Fire. The doors comes from "Opening the Doors of Perception" by William Blake a long time ago. Aldous Huxley wrote a great book called "The Doors Of Perception." So, I'd advise anyone on line tonight to get the book and find out what psychadelic really means." bilbobaggins asks "Do you have any thing to do with movies now?"

HSHost says "What'd you get your masters in?" RayManzarek says "I got my masters in film. Yeah, I did the long form videos of the Doors, you can rent an hour of the Doors live at the Hollywood Bowl or Dance ON Fire or The Soft Parade. And, we put out a new one a few months ago, called The Best Of The Doors and I'm the director of all of those. And, hopefully, I'll be making a movie at the end of the year. I'm talking to people now and we're seeing if we can comeup with actors, actresses and money ... the title is "Love Her Madly" like the Doors song and it's about 3 guys on the college campus all in love with the same girl ... a story of erotic obsession and murder on a college campus." HSHost says "Mmm ...." DaveCrockett asks "I saw the movie "The Doors", how accurate do you think it was?" RayManzarek says "Not accurate. Jim Morrison was not a jerk. He was not a drunken fool. Not crazy. Oliver Stone made a pretty bad movie of my friend. The Jim Morrison I know is in my book, "Light My Fire." If you've seen the movie, you really ought to read my book. He was, in real life, artistic, sensitive, poetic, a great guy, and very funny. mIN the movie, he's not funny at all ... I didn't care for it. It captures his wild side, but not his great poetic, funny, human side." RayManzarek says "I read the script. But didn't consult. I told Oliver not to make the movie. I said, call me if you want to make the RIGHT story of the Doors and the 60's ... And, I never received a phone call from Oliver Stone." marge_the_palmolive_lady asks "Do you think Oliver Stone is a donkeyhole?" RayManzarek says "Yes. A big donkeyhole!!! And, it's all rimmed with white powder." HSHost {action} chuckles" RayManzarek says "Oh, they did a great job!" bilbobaggins asks "do you think Val kilmer captured the 'essence' of Jim in his portrayal?" RayManzarek says "Val was excellent and Kyle MacLachlan was excellent ... he played me. Everything about the movie was good except for the story, except for what he did for Jim ... it was crazy and over the top. The music and costumes were good, but not the basic reason for it's existence." guest659 asks "How'd you get along with the rest of the Doors? Do you still talk to any of them?" RayManzarek says "That was wrong. We all got along very well and I see John and Robbie. I talked to John yesterday and Robbie a couple of days ago. Yeah, we're friendly and everything's cool. John and Robbie will be playing together in Europe ... about 5 gigs lined up there with Robbie's band and John is going to come and sit in and they're going to play a few Doors songs. The 15th of July, I thinkthey're leaving for Europe. That's all I know." DaveCrockett asks "If Jim hadn't died do you think the Doors would still be together?" RayManzarek says "Yes. I thinkwe'd be doing rock-n-roll and blues and jazz and classical and flamenco and poetry just like we did when Jim was alive. We wouldn't be working as hard ... it'd be a lot longer time between albums ...we made 6 albums in 4 years time. We worked hard, fast, furious when we were younger, we'd slow down now." DaveCrockett asks "Are you in a band still?" RayManzarek says "No, I'm not. I play with a poet, Michael McClure. Who is a good friend of Jim Morrison's and a beatnik poet. He knew Jack Kerouac, Alan Ginsberg and all the beatniks. We play around the country at universities, colleges and hip coffee houses." Joanee asks "What was your favorite place to play?" RayManzarek says "NYC. I'd say that and the Filmore in the Avalon in San Fran. And, the Filmore East in NY was great, too. The Filmore in San Fran ... a psychadelic ballroom. Wow! It ws incredible!" MrMojo_the_doors_com asks "Ray, I know that you will be in New York this tuesday. Do you have any further plans to help promote the book?" RayManzarek says "Well, I think I gave you a whole bunch of them. I'll be on the radio, I'll be doing standard book stuff ... interviews for the newspaper, TV shows lined up, talk shows ... chat shows. All kinds of things in NY. MrMojo .... good for you!" marge_the_palmolive_lady asks "I met a guy who was claiming to be Jim's son True or False?" RayManzarek says "False. Jim Morrison .... there's quite a few guys ..." HSHost {action} chuckles" RayManzarek says "Oddly enough, after the movie happened, I was contacted by a half dozen guys who claimed to be Jim Morrison's illegitimate son. They came out of the woodwork. It all comes from that line, "illegitimate son of a rock n roll star, Mom and Dad in the back of a rock n roll car." That's from Maggie Magill. And, for some reason, they all came out and claimed to be his illegitimate son. One guy said, Pam is my mother. I said, no she's not! She never had a child! I knew her the whole time. Another guy said, "Patricia Kenealy." I said, "She had an abortion. They got it on but she had an abortion." This guy said to me, "Maybe she had another child."" RayManzarek says "I said, "no man! I don't know. But, not by Jim. You're nuts! So, all these illigitimate sons of Jim's are cuckoo!" SRT5 asks "HI RAY I WANNA SAY THAT YOUR BAND WAS ONE OF THE BEST BANDS IN THE HISTORY OF MUSIC TELL ME WHAT WAS THE BEST MOMENDS YOU HAD WITH JIM MORRISON" RayManzarek says "Ahh! Quiet moments ... walking on the beach with Jim. My book will tell you all kinds of things like that. Working out on the beach in Venice at muscle beach, we used to do the monkey bars and rings and parallel bars and walk down to Frasier where Dorothy, Jim and I lived together. You'll find out great, big quiet moments with Jim. He was a lot of fun to be with. And, then playing Madison Square Garden! And, the Isle of Light in England for 3/4 of a million English hippies! It was amazing. The Who were on the bill with us, Sly and the Family Stone! Oh, God! What a festival. The two of us talking about man, God, and existence all the way to playing in front of millions of people." RayManzarek says "The people in the audience are your friends .. they love you, want you to play good! You get on stage and you can feel it ... the energy and the love. You want to perform for those people. It's one of the best feelings in the world. it's fun." Coldgin asks "Who did most of the song writing and who did the musical writings in the Doors?" HSHost says "Sounds amazing!" RayManzarek says "Jim did most of the lyrics ... he was the poet, wordman. Robbie Krieger started Light My Fire. He came in and said he wrote his first song and the whole band went to work on it. I'll tell you the story, the whole band went to work, Jim added a second verse, I put in the Latin bassline and the carnivalesque intro and then we did the solos ... John put a couple of different kinds of beats to it. The Doors worked as four guys ... someone would start it and then we'd work on it together and bring it to it's final form. All the guys together working on a song was really fun." BunsMaster asks "do you stillwish the band was still together?" RayManzarek says "Absolutely!! I wish Jim Morrison was alive! I miss that guy! I love that guy! Dammit! I'm really mad at him for being dead. We had so much more to do. Theatre, film, we talked about going on stage in smaller venues. We were going to call it the Magic Theater, we were going to do surround sound and electronics and play in one Theater for a week or a few weeks and play the theater for sounds and lighting effects. There was so much we were going to do. After we did our music stuff for a while, the Doors were going to get into politics." RayManzarek says "I thought to myself in the late 60's, someone from show business has the chance to become president of the U.S. and I thought Jim would be president and I'd be Vice P and we'd run on an indy ticket in 1980 and then a show biz guy DID run then and DID become president! So, as far as I"m concerned, the wrong guy became president! It'd be a whole different country if Jim and I were running it. He just didn't stay around long enough. That damn alcohol ... that's what got him." marge_the_palmolive_lady asks "he said his name was Jim jr. and he said he was illegitimate. He did play a pretty mean guitar though. and he also said his mom was Pamela?"

RayManzarek says "There ya go!" RayManzarek {action} laughs" RayManzarek says "This is not the guy that I know, but this is another guy saying his mother is Pamela." guest652 asks "What did you think of Pamela?" RayManzarek says "Pamela was wonderful and great. They were terrific together and so beautiful. They were Dorothy and mine's best man and maid of honor at our wedding! We all went down to City Hall in late 1967 and Jim and Pam came with us and they were our witnesses and then we went to Olivera street and had margaritas and enchiladas in an old Spanish section of downtown. I tell that story in my book ...it's a funny story. Dorothy Fugikawa and Pam Curson. I have a boy, Pablo." Joanee asks "How old are your kids now?" RayManzarek says "Only one. The Oliver Stone movie has me having a girl. At the end of the movie, there's a party going on and it's for our daughter, Princess. We have no daughter, Princess! My next door neighbor saw the movie and said, "Ray, I don't mean to pry, but whatever happened to Princess? I see you with Pablo, where's Princess? And, I said, "There is no Princess!" And, I said, "Oliver Stone made it up."" RayManzarek says "Pablo is 24 and has a band ... they've just been signed to Dreamworks Records and they're called Artifical Intelligence. It's a techno electronic ambient drums and bass band. Three guys. They will be recording in another two or three weeks and the record will be out very early in 1999." guest681 asks "How do you think Jim would react to todays music?" RayManzarek says "Well, I think Jim would like the more adventurous music ... stretching the boundaries. I don't think he'd be a big fan of Top 40, but then we never were big fans of it. We were into jazz and blues and the really good stuff and classical. The 60's was a great time cause the radio was just smoking! You could hear the new Rolling Stones song called "Satisfaction"! And, the new Beatles song "I'm Looking Through You" or something like that! I like the electronica. I think acid jazz and electronic music is where I want to see music go in the 21st Century." misstressformica asks "can I see them perform anywhere soon?" RayManzarek says "No. They're going to be recording and they will be playing in LA, probably in the late fall, they'll be finished with recording by October for sure. Probably Nov and Dec they'll be playing in LA and maybe San Fran, too." MrMojo_the_doors_com asks "Ray, do you have any future plans to release other doors songs... video... etc... (Paris Blues?)" RayManzarek says "Well, Paris Blues will see the light of day one of these days. But, we're going to put a Doors documentary film together ... it's going to be The Doors answer to Oliver Stone ... the REAL Doors. We're going to tell the real Doors story and it will be told with the REAL Doors. We have lots of footage shot by UCLA film buddies of ours and we'll be doing that in the next month or two, so somewhere in the middle or end of 1999, we'll have the real Doors in a theatrical movie." RayManzarek says "Surround sound and we've got the whole Hollywood Bowl concert in multi camera and multi sound! Just like the theater that Jim and I talked about back in the 60's. Bruce Botnik and Rick Schmidlen (he used to work with "X" he was the lighting man for them ... that's where I met him). Now he works with us, and puts out our videos. Small world. X is on the X-Files movie soundtrack doing a Doors song, "The Crystal Ship." When Mulder is at a bar, drinking, you'll hear in the background "The Crystal Ship" as done by the world's greatest punk rock band, X." Coldgin asks "How long did it take for you to create the keyboard intro to Light My Fire" RayManzarek says "It took .. a half hour. We were at the beach house, and we had the whole song .. we had the first and second verse, Jim added the second verse, we had the solos ... except, how do you start it? I said, to Robbie, we can't just jump on that A minor chord, we've got to have someway of getting to it. I said, You guys go out on the beach ... cause Dorothy and I had a beach house and we rehearsed in the sun room. I told them, go out to the water, ... you'd step out of our house onto the sand .. man, it was great! I saw them through the glass and experimented with what I'd do ..." RayManzarek {action} sings the intro to "Light My Fire."" RayManzarek says "I played with the chords and within 20 minutes to half hour I said, "Everybody come back in! I've got it, man! Wait until you hear this! Everyone in the Doors studied their instruments. No one picked them up and said, I want to be a rock star! Jim's instrument was words. He was the most widely read fellow I ever met. He studied French symbolist poets, beatniks, greek and Roman .. the whole thing. That's what made him a great poet. I took piano lessons when I was 7 years old. Robbie studied Flamenco guitar ... and John Densmore was the lead snare drummer of his h.s. marching band. We could all read music." RayManzarek says "No one was in the Doors to be a rock star, we wanted to make poetry and jazz rock. We lived for the music. And, that's the way you ahve to do it." guest653 asks "What is your favorite Doors tune?" RayManzarek says "Light My Fire, of course. But, that's tough. I really like L.A. Woman, actually I like that whole album. I'd have to say those two." Coldgin asks "Who did the bass riffs in 'L.A. Woman' and on other albums?" RayManzarek says "Well, we had different bass players. I played keyboard bass on stage and bass on the first album. On L.A. Woman it was Jerry Scheff, he's the same guy who played bass with Elvis in Las Vegas, whenever you see Elvis in concert in Vegas, the guy playing bass is Jerry. Another fellow named Ray Neopolitan played on Morrison Hotel. Harvey Brooks played on Soft Parade, and Doug Lubhan played on Strange Days and um .. Waiting For The Sun." HSHost says "Wow." SRT5 asks "HOW DID YOU FELT ABOUT THE DEATH OF LINDA MC CARTNEY" RayManzarek says "Boy oh boy! What happened there? I am just shocked. I thought it was terrible, I knew her. She was one of the sweetest people on the planet and a vegetarian and a very good loving human being and the best thing that ever happened to Paul McCartney outside of John Lennon." RayManzarek says "What happened?" HSHost says "She did an article in Rolling Stone saying that they wouldn't have had a band without John and Paul got mad." RayManzarek says "Well, it's a band! You can't do that! But, we wouldn't be talking about Jim today if it wasn't for the band! We never talked about who's the leader or the best, the organ was as important as the guitar, the vocals were as important as the drums." HSHost says "He was a good stage perfomer!" RayManzarek says "Was he good on stage!!! We set out to make the music behind Jim's poetry." guest659 asks "What is your favorite band today?" RayManzarek says "Today ... oh gosh ... uh, yeah you know, I listen to a lot of Electronica ... future sounds of London and Tricky, and I like Beck. And, Bush, the guy in Bush has a great voice. And, Bjork, I love her! I thought I liked Blur but I heard one song and I liked it and then I heard another one and I didn't like it. So, I can't say." HSHost says "It's interesting that you're so up to date on the music ..." RayManzarek says "Yeah, they turn into old hippies. For all you young guys out there who are reading this, don't become old, moldy, figs. You have to check out what's happening today because that's where the excitement! The Excitement is! The future starts in a year and a half! That's going to be exciting. The past is history. The future belongs to the young people and the future belongs to the lovers."

Coldgin asks "What is the meaning of 'Mr. Mojo rising?" RayManzarek says "That's Jim Morrison's name. Take the name Jim Morrison and scramble the letters and you can spell Mr. Mojo Rising. It's called anagram!" guest659 asks "What do you think of the internet?" RayManzarek says "I love the internet! Look at what we're doing right now, people are asking questions from all over theworld and I'm answering them! What a great way of communicating ... it'll be better when it's faster! God, when we can download music!" HSHost says "Peter says you can already download music! Dj.com" RayManzarek says "Yeah? Oh, excellent!" misstressformica asks "What's your favorite web site?" HSHost says "You can program your own radio statons." RayManzarek says "Ah, I don't want to play any favorites righ tnow." RayManzarek {action} chuckles" RayManzarek says "Check out the Doors sight. http://www.thedoors.com" im_a_big_girl_now asks "do you have your own website?" HSHost says "do you put your own info theree?" RayManzarek says "I probably will. No, I don't. Might be a good idea." johnnyquest asks "who were some of your heroes growing up?" RayManzarek says "Um ... Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, John Lee Hooker, Little Richard, Fats Domino, Bill Evans, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and then in literature ... Pablo Picasso, Kandinsky, Monet, Tenessee Williams and Eugene O'Neil in theater. West Side Story, Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim, brilliant musical. Then in literature, Albert Camus, "The Stranger" really killed me. "On the Road" Kerouac, Alan Ginsberg's "Howl" and then it took off from there." HSHost says "What do you think of Hunter Thompson?" RayManzarek says "I haven't seen themovie, but he's hysterical! I love him, he's great!" SRT5 asks "DO YOU GO TO THE CINEMA OFTEN" RayManzarek says "Well, not as much as I used to. I'm more interested in just uh ... writing. I'll be hopefully making a movie. I saw The Titanic and I thought that was very big and very long. I don't think I'll see Godzilla, I don't like the lizard. It's a raptor, not Godzilla, Godzilla just knocks over Tokyo and doesn't really mean to harm things. But this Godzilla looks like something out of Jurassic Park, I was disappointed. I like movies that make me think and use my brain ... mind ... I don't like popcorn movies. I like to see people interacting ... the human drama .. that's the most dramatic thing of all." RayManzarek says "I had a great time writing the book. It was like reliving .. I went into vaguely a trance state. I was reliving those times! When I was writing about the Whisky a Go Go or the Beach in Venice, I was back there in that room behind the Greyhound bus station in Santa Monica and we were smoking a joint and beginning the chord changes on Moonlight Drive. Boy oh Boy, it was a lot of fun." im_a_big_girl_now asks "Have you heard the song by the Cure "killing an Arab" its based on Camus?" RayManzarek says "Yeah, yeah. As a matter of fact, yes I have. Tell that person ... very hip of you." HSHost {action} chuckles" guest681 asks "do you miss performing shows like the Isle of Wight?" RayManzarek says "Sure! god, what fun playing in front of 3/4 of a million people. But, playing in front of 75 people is just as exciting! Playing on stage is fun! That's why I like going out with Michael McClure, it doesn't matter if there's 25 people in the place, we have a lot of fun." guest659 asks "What do you think makes a good song?" RayManzarek says "It's an intangible, if anyone could put their finger on that, they'd be able to turn them out over and over and obviously no one can. Magic makes a good song and if you can tell me what magic is, you can capture it. That's the mystery of music ... the unattainable." guest659 asks "When did you start playing the piano?" RayManzarek says "7 years old. Mom and Dad said, Raymond, c'mon you're going to takepiano lessons ... I didn't feel too good about it until I saw the piano downstairs in the basement. You had basements in the midwest and they moved the piano in and I sat down and smashed on the keys and thought hey this makes a lot of noise! This isn't bad. But, they keys all looked alike! You couldn't tell.! I had no idea! It just was a huge row of keys. I couldn't figure out, how does this thing go! My first piano lesson was so traumatic. I write about it in Light My Fire. I think anybody who's ever taken piano lessons will think it's funny." guest687 asks "Ray, the book is great, i just got it... Whats up with the so called tour this summer of Europe that i heard of...??" RayManzarek says "That's John and Robbie. They're out there touring and playing ... basically the Robbie Krieger band." BunsMaster asks "have you written many other books ?" RayManzarek says "That's what's going on. No, this is my first. And, I might write another. This is off the wall ... I thought I'd write a fiction story called "The Poet Reborn" and guess who it would be about a fictionalized character who didn't die. It's going to be about Jim and me as if Jim had stayed and disappeared and I'm going to go and find him." HSHost says "My typist wanted me to ask you about the soldiers in Vietnam." RayManzarek says "Oh yeah! The guys in Vietnam LOVED the Doors. Someone told me the Doors were the soundtrack of Vietnam. I've gotten a lot of letters from vets. Hold on ..." RayManzarek {action} answers his other line." RayManzarek says "Okay, I'm back." johnnyquest asks "what were your goals as a child?" RayManzarek says "Um .. to hit a home run." RayManzarek {action} chuckles" RayManzarek says "Then as I got older, to get laid. Um .... To play a song all the way through without making a mistake ... one of those classical pieces. And, as a young person ... to, in general, I suppose to find somehow to be an artist. Some way of being in the arts .. theater, film, photography, writing and I was best at music of course. I thought, God I'd love to be able to make my life making music. And, getting laid. That was very important." HSHost {action} chuckles" im_a_big_girl_now asks "Great Idea dont tell too many people theres a lot of shysters who'll steal it?" RayManzarek {action} laughs!" RayManzarek says "Yeah, but they won't be able to write it like I can write it. Cause i know some secrets and I'm not telling anybody. It's like reading those Jim Morrison books by all those people who weren't there! Unless they were there, don't even bother with them. Forget it. If there's a book by John Densmore or Danny Sugarman or me. People who had sexual relationships with Jim .. I know nothing about it." RayManzarek says "Be careful a lot of those books are goofy." Coldgin asks "I heard that Riders on the Storm was originally supposed to be Ghost Riders in the Sky. Is this true?" RayManzarek says "There is a song called Ghost Riders in the Sky, it's like Mule Train way back ... there was a song! Riders in the Storm is vaguely like Ghost Riders in the Sky, it wasn't going to be called that. But there is a decided relationship between those two songs. If you could ever hear the song, you'd think you know what, it does sound like Riders ...." guest659 asks "Do you get recognized on the streets? If so how do you deal with it?" RayManzarek says "Fans are great! Yes, I do. The people who come up to me are great! Like talking to all of you guys online here. People come up to me and say, hey Ray, I love your music! They smile at me, I smile at them!" guest681 asks "Olvera street rocks!!" RayManzarek says "And, we're on our way! Yeah, Olvera street DOES rock! That's a wonderful place, if you're ever in LA, go downtown and in a small area, a small radius, there's little Tokyo, Chinatown and Olvera Street, the first main street of LA. Some of the buildings are left from 200 years ago and it's a wonderful Mexican area for food, mariachi bands, margaritas and it's a great place! My wife and I go down there, Dorothy has the enchiladas and Mexican stew and I have the Carnitas!" RayManzarek says "Mm mm mmm ....." HSHost says "Oh, your'e making me seriously hungryt!" im_a_big_girl_now asks "any thing you want to leave us with ? any words of wisdom?" RayManzarek says "Well, it's time. Well, I don't know if they're words of wisdom. But, I'd like to leave you with a very simple statement, make love not war. Love each other. As Jesus Christ said. Love thy neighbor as thy self. That'll change the whole planet, all of the races will all come together under the banner of love. And, we'll save the planet and then we'll manage the 21st century." HSHost says "Well, you and Dorothy managed to stay together all these years." RayManzarek says "Yeah, we got married in 1967." HSHost says "Thanks so much Ray! I look forward to reading your book. And, thanks to all you viewers out there for chatting with us at REAL HOLLYWOOD.COM. Please join us tomorrow night at 7:00pm PST when our guest will be the legendary MR. STEVE ALLEN! Goodnight, everyone!" RayManzarek says "Thank you!" Hollywood Spotlight June 6, 1998
