MORRISON TRIAL RESUMING
The trial of rock singer Jim Morrison charged with lewd and lascivious conduct, resumed today in Criminal Court before Judge Murray Goodman.
Defense attorney, Robert Josefsberg was expected to call witnesses to the stand who would testify in defense of Morrison’s performance on the stage of the Dinner Key Auditorium in March 1769 (1969).
The trial began August 2, but has been interrupted frequently because of other cases on the judge’s calendar or conflicts with trials involving the attorneys.
