It's a beautiful song and it shows the wide variety of musical influences of the Doors I've always wondered why Albeniz's piece was titled Asturias; I think it is clearly flamenco and flamenco is from Andalucia not from Asturias.

It's a beautiful song and it shows the wide variety of musical influences of the Doors That's one of the fascinations of The Doors not only their musical influences but literary, cinematic and theatrical. They were obviously not the only band to boast this but definitely one of the smartest.
