I looked at you You looked me I smiled at you You smiled at me
And we're on our way No we can't turn back, babe Yeah, we're on our way And we can't turn back
'Cause it's too late Too late, too late Too late, too late
And we're on our way No we can't turn back, babe Yeah, we're on our way And we can't turn back, yeah
C'mon, yeah! I walk with you You walk with me I talked to you You talked to me
And we're on our way No we can't turn back, babe Yeah, we're on our way And we can't turn back, yeah
'Cause it's too late Too late, too late Too late, too late
And we're on our way No we can't turn back Yeah, we're on our way And we can't turn back
'Cause it's too late Too late, too late Too late, too late

A pretty basic easy to figure out song from Morrison. Not a lot here to tax the brain. It showed that Morrison apart from being clever could write pop tunes as well as Robby Krieger. Chord structure and lyric written by Ray Manzarek most likely in 1966. Signed by Jim yes but if you study the chord structure you can see it's all written by the same person and Jim did not know chords..
