Jim Morrison First Edition of His Book of Poetry 'The New Creatures,' 1969. Self-published in early 1969 by "James Douglas Morrison" himself, his second private poetry compilation (the first was 'The Lords Notes on Vision'), consisting of 42 poems and musings, printed in a limited run of 100 copies that the singer distributed to close friends and associates -- this particular copy being gifted to Bill Siddons, The Doors' manager from 1969 to 1972.![https://i.postimg.cc/W1V9GpPT/a1.jpg](https://i.postimg.cc/W1V9GpPT/a1.jpg) ![https://i.postimg.cc/Hxr3YVb4/a2.jpg](https://i.postimg.cc/Hxr3YVb4/a2.jpg) ![https://i.postimg.cc/FHhZfPjK/a3.jpg](https://i.postimg.cc/FHhZfPjK/a3.jpg) ![https://i.postimg.cc/g0TqTm1w/a4.jpg](https://i.postimg.cc/g0TqTm1w/a4.jpg)
