The Doors: Live At The Bowl '68 DVD/BluRay 2012
In 2012 The Doors released the whole concert on DVD/BluRay with the three missing parts from the VHS release.
Some of it was lost so Bruce Botnick had to thread in various source material but this was barely noticeable
and the show was a massive upgrade from what went before.
The blurb that went with the release claimed it was the best footage of The Doors in concert which was sad as only the dark depression of the IOW 1970
was available to judge. All the bits and pieces of recordings from fan/FOF source could not match it for sound and vision but as an example of The Doors on stage power
Hollywood Bowl wasn't that much to brag about.
Nonetheless it was all we had so we may as well enjoy it.
