The cover is The Doors MkII in New York's Central Park at the Schaefer Music festival.
This can be seen by the fact it is an outdoor gig and they have Charles Lloyd on sax so the song is either Verdillac or the encore Close To You.
For anyone who wants to give a few Doors songs a try on a keyboard.
